• The “senior” members provide the wisdom, patience and understanding of how God has worked in their lives and can bring those insights and real experiences to the family.
• The young adults and emerging generations provide vibrancy, idealism and creativity that inject newness and life into the family.
• Those in mid-life still have so much to give and probably more as their children are growing and leaving home providing them with more time and a renewed passion for outreach and giving back.
