How do I register my child for Sonshine Preschool?
Sonshine’s annual enrollment for the upcoming fall program begins February 1st. Priority is given to families of currently enrolled children, siblings of currently enrolled children as well as our Alumni Families. Enrollment for the general public begins mid-February.
We occasionally have openings during the school year. An active “Waiting List” is kept open. Parents are notified when and if a space becomes available for their child.
Families are encouraged to come in for a tour of our school. You can email Mrs. Castillo, our director, at jcastillo@sonshineprek.org to arrange a time for a tour. Before scheduling a tour, please look at our school year calendar. Please note that we are first and foremost a preschool, not a daycare. We have several closures throughout the school year as well as shortened hours during our six-week summer program.
Your child’s space will be held for you with the registration form and payment of the registration fee. All other necessary forms must be completed before your child’s first day of school. Registration fees are nonrefundable.
